SDVoE Alliance Welcomes Beijing Titlis as Adopting Member
Beijing Titlis, an integrated service provider, has joined the SDVoE Alliance as an Adopting Member
MONTREAL (October 25, 2023) – The SDVoE Alliance, a nonprofit consortium of technology providers collaborating to standardize the adoption of Ethernet to transport AV signals in professional AV environments, announces Beijing Titlis Technology Co. Ltd (Titlis) has joined the SDVoE Alliance as an adopting member.
Beijing Titlis Technology Co., Ltd.(Titlis) is an integrated service provider specializing in scientific research and development, large-scale production, and sales and service. Established in 2011, Titlis integrates intelligent consoles for control center and dispatching command signal cooperation systems. Titlis provides KVM seat cooperation, signal visualization management, signal picture switchover, large signal screen splicing control, long-distance signal transmission, audio and video matrix and central control management. With products covering energy, transportation, communication, finance, government, military, public security, aviation and other fields, Titlis has been widely recognized as a reputable expert in control center technology.
“We are pleased to welcome Titlis to our expanding global ecosystem,” said Justin Kennington, president of the SDVoE Alliance. “Titlis has recognized the value in leveraging high-quality, uncompressed video while integrating efficient Keyboard, Video and Mouse (KVM) functionality in mission-critical control centers. As a member of the SDVoE Alliance, Titlis can provide the highest fidelity viewing for operators to maximize information distribution for a swift and accurate response.”
“Titlis’ products supply centralized monitoring, comprehensive data analysis and unified management, optimizing resource allocation and facilitating implementation of key operations in urban areas,” said Ian Zhao, CMO of Titlis. “Which is why SDVoE platform was the optimal choice for integration with our Smart City Integrated Command Center. SDVoE platform provided a highly integrated SOC solution for audio and video processing and transmission, which perfectly collected the signal output of the computer peripheral interface and support the lossless quality transmission and display of ultra HD video.”
As public safety remains top of mind for local governments, command and control systems based on SDVoE technology, such as Titlis’ Smart City Integrated Command Center, provide the highest fidelity viewing for operators to maximize information distribution for a swift and accurate response. Per Titlis, SDVoE technology complemented its Smart City Integrated Command Center providing perfect interoperability as well as excellent compatibility through support of 3840×2160, 1920×1080, 2560×1440 and other customized resolution.
In recent years, industry demands for remote data collection and real-time content management have dramatically increased AV-over-IP applications. AV-over-IP technology supports high-quality audio/video transmission over long distances without latency, making it ideal for content streaming applications. All AV distribution and processing applications that demand zero-latency and uncompromised video can benefit from SDVoE technology, which provides an end-to-end hardware and software platform for AV extension, switching, processing, and control through advanced chipset technology, common control APIs, and interoperability. SDVoE network architectures are based on off-the-shelf Ethernet switches, thus offering substantial cost savings and greater system flexibility and scalability over traditional approaches, such as point-to-point extension and circuit-based AV matrix switching.

About the SDVoE Alliance
SDVoE is an initialism for “Software Defined Video over Ethernet”. The SDVoE Alliance is a nonprofit consortium of technology providers collaborating to standardize the adoption of Ethernet to transport AV signals in professional AV environments and to create an ecosystem around SDVoE technology allowing software to define AV applications. The alliance operates the free SDVoE Academy training platform, participates in tradeshows and conferences, publishes white papers and case studies, and promotes SDVoE technology, and solutions based on the technology, to system integrators, designers, consultants, and end users. Steering members of the SDVoE Alliance are Black Box, Christie Digital, IDK Corporation, NETGEAR, Semtech, and ZeeVee. All interested parties are invited to join the alliance and work toward its goals. For more information, visit sdvoe.org or connect with us on Twitter @SDVoE, LinkedIn, and the SDVoE blog.
