The API or Application Programming Interface, is the beating heart of SDVoE, forming the bridge between the client user interface and the endpoints on an SDVoE system. In the unlikely event you experience problems when trying to send commands to endpoints from the client software it’s important that you understand why these problems may be happening. This course explains the communication between the client software used to control an SDVoE system, the SDVoE API and the endpoints and investigates how to troubleshoot possible communication failures which could occur.
