Doug Kuzma
Black Box
Doug Kuzma is Vice President of Product Management & Solutions for Black Box responsible for global product management and engineering of innovative AV, IoT, KVM, networking, cable/fiber, and infrastructure products for the Technology Product Solutions (TPS) business. In this role, Doug also leads the Center of Excellence (CoE) comprised of technical teams for pre-sales engineering and post-sales technical support.
He has more than 25 years of experience in new product development including the design, manufacture, and deployment of engineered system solutions for mission critical applications across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Black Box, he held the position of Vice President of Engineering & Business Development at CMR USA, LLC (a subsidiary of CMR Group, S.A.). Other positions Doug has previously held include Design Engineering Manager at Axcera, LLC; Product Development Manager at ADC Telecommunications, Inc.; and Design Engineer for ITS Corporation.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University and also holds an Masters of Business Administration from Robert Morris University. In addition to the SDVoE Alliance, Doug has also served on other non-profit Boards of Directors, including Pittsburgh Cares and Eastern Gas Compression Roundtable.
